LEAD STORE SOLUTIONS REPRESENTATIVE - Eugene/Springfield Based
Candidates must live central to Eugene/Springfield
Travel encompasses Salem to Roseburg which includes, Central Oregon inclusive of coastal Lincoln City, Newport, Florence, stopping at Coos Bay. ** All travel is paid for by Harbor and may comprise 40% of the SSR position ** Lead candidates must have prior field merchandising/sales/DSD direct experience.
Pay: $23 - 27/hr. per hour + all expenses for travel paid; a full benefit package and Harbor perks!

The purpose of the Lead Store Solutions Representative is to ensure that each assigned project is completed in a professional and timely manner. This position is responsible for ensuring that everything possible is completed at each store location to offer the merchandising appearance and organization required by company standards. The Lead Store Solutions Representatives will guide and motivate team members to work together and ensure they’re delivering exceptional customer service. This position will also help with training and development of the Store Solutions Representatives team, ordering supplies, providing updates to the Reginal Sales Manager, and other duties to assist management.

Final candidates will be required to pass a drug, criminal background check and MVR check for insurance purposes while on the road for Harbor even though a company vehicle may be used for this position.
